ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER & ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION

Location: Ocean County, NJ

LBLA developed a vision plan to create an ecological oasis for a 1,400-acre brownfield restoration site. Proposed wetland creation and enhancement, pollinator meadow, and floodplain reconnection will provide ecological uplift to support and attract resident and migratory birds, and other wildlife. An environmental center and interpretive signage will provide educational opportunities for schoolchildren and visitors.
