CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Every project begins with a sketch. At LBLA, we take a collaborative approach to design by discussing the scope of the project with the client and articulating the form and function of the space. We then integrate these ideas to create a series of hand-drawn illustrations that capture the overall feel of the development and the interaction of the space with the natural environment.

PLANS & RENDERINGS

After preparing a conceptual design, LBLA translates those sketches into professional 3D renderings and detailed site plans, which are used throughout the project approval and construction phases.

CONSULTING

In addition, LBLA provides consulting services to public municipalities and private entities to evaluate proposed landscape master plans. As a third-party consultant with expertise in urban planning, LBLA considers both the needs of the client and the overall design aesthetic in order to balance economic development with successful placemaking.
