HIDDEN OAK WOODS DEVELOPMENT

LBLA provided planting design for a proposed multi-family residential development in Middlesex County, New Jersey, including two constructed wetlands and a community clubhouse with pool. The 45-acre site will feature 275 apartments across seven buildings, situated within a park-like wooded setting adjacent to Tices Lane Park, an unstructured natural area. The existing wetlands along Sawmill Brook are preserved in a conservation easement, creating a continuous green corridor within the township.
