HILLSIDE GARDEN DEVELOPMENT

LBLA provided planting design and constructed wetland design to obtain preliminary planning board approval of the proposed Hillside Garden development project. The project, located in Oneida County, New York on a 35-acre site, involves development of a complex of townhomes and apartment buildings along the Sauquoit Creek. The sustainable stormwater design integrates with the landscape, to provide stormwater management function, as well as ecological habitat and and amenity to the community. The landscape plan provides seasonal interest, with a focus on native plants that support pollinators and wildlife.
