LBLA provided planting design for the proposed Lakeland Village townhouse development. The project, located in the Borough of Wanaque, is within the Highlands Preservation Area in northern New Jersey. The sustainable stormwater design integrates with the landscape, to provide stormwater management function, as well as ecological habitat and and amenity to the community. The landscape plan provides seasonal interest, with a focus on native plants that support pollinators and wildlife.
