PEPPERTOWN PARK

This underdeveloped open space adjacent to the municipal complex, commuter train station, downtown retail, and new mixed-use development, was reconceived as a community hub for passive recreation and cultural and social interaction. Linda developed a concept plan combining a new stage, great lawn, and paved plaza with art installations, new streetscape standards, permeable walking paths, bocce ball court, chess tables, native plantings and butterfly garden.
