Quincy court redevelopment

LBLA consulted with the appointed redeveloper to transform an area occupied by vacant buildings and obsolete site improvements in the Hopelawn section of Woodbridge, New Jersey. The project will convert vacant commercial property into residential use, remediate any hazardous conditions on the site, stimulate economic investment in the area, and create a compact residential neighborhood that meets the township’s affordable housing goals. Linda designed the courtyard space for the planned apartment building with a number of high-end amenities for the future residents, such as an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and various seating options.
